BILLBOARD NAMES THEIR BEST K-POP SONGS AND ALBUMS OF 2014

Billboard has released their “10 Best K-pop Albums of 2014″ list and “20 Best K-Pop Songs of 2014″ list.
On their best albums of 2014 list, 2NE1 topped the list with their second full-length album “Crush.” Rock band Nell‘s “Newton’s Apple” came in at second place, while IU‘s remake album “A Flower Bookmark” and legend Seo Taiji‘s “Quiet Night” followed suit. HA:TFELT (Ye Eun of Wonder Girls) ranked at fifth place with her first solo EP “Me?“. Taeyang‘s R&B album “Rise” came in at sixth, while boy group B.A.P‘s “First Sensibility” charted at seventh place. Hip-hop trio Epik High made the list with “Shoebox” at eighth place, while CNBLUE‘s “Can’t Stop” and Rain‘s “Rain Effect” finished the list.
On the 20 best songs of 2014 list, BEAST topped the list with “Good Luck.” The six-member boy group was followed by Seo Taiji and IU‘s collaboration on “Sokyeokdong,” while relatively-new track “Good Boy” by G-Dragon and Taeyang came in at third place. TVXQ‘s “Something” placed fourth on the list, while San E and Raina‘s collaboration “A Midsummer Night’s Sweetness” came in at fifth place. The list continued with 15 other songs by artists like Infinite, Sistar, Orange Caramel, Loco, Girls’ Generation, and A Pink, among others.
